Under Executive Order 64, signed in August 2024, salary increases for civilian government personnel will be implemented in four tranches from 2024 to 2027.
Tranche Timeline:

Second tranche — effective January 1, 2025

Third tranche — scheduled for January 1, 2026, with a ₱40 billion budget allocation

Fourth (final) tranche — effective January 1, 2027
What This Means for Government Employees:

Another round of salary increases is coming in 2026.

For example, Salary Grade 15 may start at around ₱42,178, depending on the step increment.

A ₱7,000 annual medical allowance will also take effect starting 2025.
