President Benigno S. Aquino III expressed his gratitude to Hyundai Asia Resources Inc. (HARI) for sponsoring the development of Bagong Pinoy Park in San Lorenzo Ruiz Luneta, Manila. He hopes that HARI will not cease supporting other local projects.

Joe Datuin, 2008 Olympic Sports and Art Contest grand prize winner under sculpture, presented a "Dancing Rings" replica to the President during the meeting.

Also present during the call were HARI Chairman Edward S. Go, HARI Chairman Emeritus Richard L. Lee, Hyundai Asia Vice-Chairman Conrad G. Marty, Korean Ambassador Lee Hye-Min, Hyundai Philippines President and CEO Fe Perez-Agudo, Hyundai Director Anthony Peter Bryan Lee, Sr. Vice President Rene Pizarro and Tourism Representative Juliet Villegas.
