Courtesy call of United States Congress members to President Aquino (Video)

President Benigno S. Aquino III met the visiting members of the United States Congress led by California's 46th Congressional District Representative Dana Tyron Rohrabacher in Malacañang.

United States Ambassador Harry Thomas and Deputy Political Counselor Dave Greenberg accompanied Rohrabacher together with US Representatives John Russell Carnahan, James Manuel Costa, Lloyd Poe and Jeffrey Duncan in a brief meeting with the President.

Present in the Philippine side were National Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin, National Security Advisor Cesar Garcia, Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff Gen. Eduardo Oban, Department of Foreign Affairs Asst. Sec. Patricia Paez, DFA Assistant Secretary Of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Meynard Montealegre and DFA secretary general of the Commission on Maritime and Ocean Affairs Secretariat Henry Bersuto Jr.
