Following the First Tranche in 2024, the Second Tranche of Executive Order 64 will take effect on January 1, 2025. This round of adjustments continues the goal of raising government salaries annually until the fourth tranche in 2027.
In 2025, a Salary Grade 15 (Step 1) will rise from ₱38,413 (2024) to ₱40,208. These changes benefit all positions, from entry-level clerks to high-ranking officials, with incremental increases per step within each grade.
