The Ionian Queen is enroute to Benghazi to evacuate OFWs on Tuesday. The vessel was chartered by the Philippine Government to evacuate Filipino workers stranded there.
The vessel departed from Athens, Greece Monday and is expected to arrive in Benghazi Tuesday, March 1.
The vessel is Cyprus-flagged and owned by the Greek company High Pride Shipping Company Limited.
