Heidi Mendoza took his oath as Commissioner for Commission on Audit (Video)

President Benigno S. Aquino III led the mass oath-taking ceremony of 14 newly appointed ambassadors, and government officials and executives of the following offices: Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), Provincial Agrarian Reform Coordinating Committee (PARCOMM), Armed Forces of the Philippines and Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) among others.

RADM Danilo M. Cortez also took his oath as Secretary for Presidential Adviser on Military Affairs and Ms. Heidi Mendoza as Commissioner for Commission on Audit.
