We join the family of Dr. Yamsuan in mourning his loss. I did not know the man personally but from what I have heard, he is an honorable man dedicated to ensuring that the children of Bagong Silang get the best education that they deserve. Dr. Yamsuan is a great loss to the education community and he will surely be missed.
